Sweet and Sour Pork

Cut pork into strips the thickness of fingers

Add salt, cooking wine, and eggs, mix well, and marinate for 20-30 minutes

After marinating, evenly coat with starch and flour (1:1)

Heat the oil and fry on low heat for 4 minutes

Fish out

Heat up and fry again for 1 minute, then remove

Mix tomato sauce, water, white sugar, and white vinegar in a ratio of 4:3:2:1 and put them in a pot

Bring the sauce to a boil over low heat. Add water starch to thicken the sauce, pour in the fried pork ribs, stir fry and remove from the pan.

Sprinkle white sesame seeds, done!
