Tomato and egg noodles

Chop scallions into small pieces, chop green onions into small pieces, diced tomatoes, and beaten eggs.

Heat up the pot and pour in oil. When the oil is hot, pour the eggs into the pot. Once they are slightly formed, use a spatula to scrape them apart. Stir fry until cooked and put them in a bowl for later use.

Add seasoning, an appropriate amount of black pepper, one tablespoon of salt, one tablespoon of sugar, stir fry evenly, and then add water.

Boil the noodles in water, enlarge half a spoonful of chicken essence, then taste the saltiness. If the taste is not enough, you can add seasoning yourself.

Add a spoonful of sesame oil, Boil until the soup thickens.

Take out the pot, put it in a bowl, sprinkle an appropriate amount of chopped green onions, and start eating.
